Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

This policy explains when project credits and purchases made through ExtensionCreator.com may qualify for a refund.

Last updated: September 13, 2026
Short version
Project credits pay for digital generation services. Once a project has been successfully generated or downloaded, the credit is generally non-refundable. If generation fails and no usable project is produced, the credit should be returned automatically.

Digital products and project credits

Extension Creator provides digital services and downloadable files rather than physical products. Nothing needs to be shipped back or returned by mail.

A project credit is used when you confirm a project and start generation. Successfully generated or downloaded projects are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Generation failures

If a technical error prevents your project from being generated, Extension Creator will attempt to return the project credit automatically.

If the credit is not restored, or the system charges a credit without producing a downloadable project, contact us within seven days so we can review the issue.

When a refund may be approved

We may approve a refund or restore a project credit when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a billing error.
  • A project credit was used, but generation failed and no downloadable project was produced.
  • A confirmed technical problem made the purchased service unavailable and we could not provide a reasonable fix or replacement.
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

What is not normally refundable

  • Projects that were successfully generated or downloaded.
  • Credits used for a completed generation when you later change your mind about the project idea.
  • Problems caused by unsupported browsers, restricted websites, third-party services, or changes made to the downloaded source files.
  • Requests submitted more than seven days after the failed generation or billing issue, unless required by law.
Revisions are included. If a generated extension needs changes, use the available project revisions before requesting a refund. A revision request does not guarantee that every feature or third-party integration can be supported.

How to request help

Email support@extensioncreator.com within seven days of the problem. Include:

  • The email address connected to your Extension Creator account.
  • Your order number, if applicable.
  • The project name.
  • A short description of what happened, including any error message.

Do not send passwords, API keys, or payment-card details.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.
